Privacy policy
This website is used to get in touch with people interested in Nuova Simonelli espresso machines. Below we explain what data we collect through the contact form, why we collect it and how long we keep it.

The controller of your personal data is:
Tax ID (NIP) 6711801128, entered in CEIDG (the Polish business register)
Correspondence address: Dubois 21A, 78-100 Kołobrzeg, Poland

02What data we collect
Through the “Free consultation” form we collect the data you provide yourself:
- your full name and email address (required fields),
- your phone number, type of venue and message (optional fields),
- the machine model suggested by the “Machine finder” tool, if you use it.
Together with your enquiry, we also record your IP address and how you arrived at the website (for example, from which ad or search engine), to protect the form against abuse and to assess how well our marketing works.
Once you submit the form, your enquiry is sent to our mailbox and saved to an enquiry file on the server, and you receive an automatic confirmation at the email address you provided. We reply by email, and if you give us your phone number, an adviser may also call you back. We do not send newsletters or commercial information unrelated to your enquiry.
03Purpose and legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) | Retention period |
|---|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry and preparing an offer | Art. 6(1)(a): your consent, and Art. 6(1)(b): steps taken before entering into a contract | Up to 24 months from the last contact or until you withdraw consent |
| Protecting the form against spam and abuse | Art. 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest | Up to 12 months |
| Establishing and pursuing any claims | Art. 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest | Until the limitation period expires |
04Who we share data with
Your data reaches us by email and is saved on the server that runs this website. In addition, we use the services of:
- the hosting provider LH.pl, which stores the website and the enquiry files and handles email,
- Google Ireland Limited: with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. The fonts are stored on our own server, so simply opening the website does not send any data to Google.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited: with your consent, we measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
We do not sell data or pass it on to other companies for marketing purposes.
Google and Meta may also process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. This takes place on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
05Data security
The website uses HTTPS, so the data you enter in the form is encrypted in transit. The enquiry file and the server configuration cannot be accessed from the internet. Enquiries can only be accessed by the people who handle sales enquiries.
06Cookies and browser storage
On your first visit, we ask for your consent to cookies used to measure the effectiveness of our ads. Until you give consent, we do not store any analytics or marketing cookies on your device.
| Type | What it is used for | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Remembering your cookie choice and which ad brought you to the website (browser session storage, cleared when you close the tab) | Not required |
| Analytics and marketing | Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram): measuring visits, ad effectiveness and the number of forms submitted | Required, can be withdrawn at any time |
You can change your choice by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer of the home page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do not consent, the Google and Meta tools are not loaded at all and the website does not send them any data.
07Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to b2b@colbergcoffee.pl. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
08Voluntary provision of data and automated decisions
Providing your data is voluntary, but we cannot reply to your enquiry without your name and email address. We do not make automated decisions or profile you. The result of the “Machine finder” tool is only a suggestion and is always reviewed by a person.
